Do I need to purchase any other software products, to run my hotel, besides your reservation platform?

One of our key goal is to provide a full suite of functionality for you to run and manage your hotel operations without having a need to piece-meal several systems from multiple vendors. All of our platform capabilities are listed on our website. Please contact us to discuss further. We will perform a quick evaluation of your requirements and inform you if our system cannot meet any specific needs.

It says that you are in Alpha phase; when will your Reservation Platform be generally available?

We are in the Alpha phase right now, and expected to go-live in Jan 2021, but you can be our early adopters in this phase. For the early adopters, in exchange for helping us test the product, we are offering our platform free cost for the first twelve months.

How long does it take to get my hotel up and running on your reservation platform including build of a direct booking channel, enabling OTA integration, and all?

Literally 20 minutes, as long as you have your hotel pictures and content ready. Sounds unreal? Just contact us and we can show you how easy it is.

We are using another credit card processing system; can I use that with your system?

Yes, you can settle all of the charges outside of our platform, if you prefer.

We are using another PMS system; can your reservation platform integrate with our current PMS?

Unlike our competitors, our reservation platform is a complete suite of products, including a robust built-in PMS system. Because of that and to keep our system costs down, we deliberately are not providing integration with other PMS systems. Remember, we pass those savings to you, by keeping our pricing down. We are truly your one-stop-shop solution partner, that you can trust to be on your side.

How much does the reservation platform cost?

Pricing is under consideration and being evaluated. We intend to be very competitive while providing the best value. For the early adopters, during this Beta phase, in exchange for helping us test the product, we are offering our platform free cost for the first twelve months.

Is your system secure?

Yes, we are committed to securing your and our guest data. We use a world leader credit card processor, Stripe, which is a trusted partner for world leading organizations such as Google, Amazon, Target, Lyft, just to name a few. Can I manage more than one property in your reservation platform?

Yes, our system allows you to setup as many properties as you like.

I have multiple companies, can I setup different properties with different companies?

Yes, you can setup multiple companies and associates one or more properties with each company.

Nothing really, we believe in doing the right thing including following all ethical professional practices.
